Pokémon Clover is a ROM Hack of Pokémon Fire Red featuring the two brand new regions of Fochun and the Ebin Isles, as well as 386 original fakemon!

Started in late 2014 as a janky rehash of Pokémon Fire Red, Pokémon Clover has since evolved into a complete overhaul with all-new characters, story, maps, music and gameplay mechanics.

The main point of Clover is to be both a parody of 4chan’s imageboard culture as well as a parody of Pokémon as a whole. It thus contains themes and language not suited for the faint of heart.

The current version of Clover has been in the works for over 4 whole years with effort worth thousands of hours by over 40 contributors, and with an estimated play time of over 100 hours, Clover is sure to bring you moments filled with joy, frustration, laughter and suffering!

Changelog in v1.3.1:-

▫️Sleep moves freeze the game

▫️Fly flags are never set upon entering new locations

▫️Wonder Trades are buggy

▫️Moves unique to the middle stage of an evo line are always flagged as illegal when fully evolved

▫️In the last portion of Mt. Clover where you talk to Kymmi, the game freezes

▫️Lil' Bro never disappears after beating him in the Karma Sub HQ, which also stops the player from proceeding to Route 11

▫️The game can sometimes freeze during the opponent's move selection

▫️Trainer level scaling is broken

▫️Everstone & Eviolite prevents the use of evolution stones

▫️Carlito's portrait has an incorrect palette

▫️Elbow Drop freezes the game

▫️Nurse Trainer sprite freezes the game on hardware

▫️Running out of Balls in the Safari Zone will erroneously allow the player to re-enter immediately after being kicked out

▫️Edge case where the AI can send out a duplicate Pokémon in a double battle if Volt-Switch or U-Turn was used at any point during the battle

▫️Carlito displays an incorrect/buggy portrait when first talking to him below Esfores City

▫️Rectreem, Lizakbar & Condoom sprites in the credits have an incorrect palette

▫️The facing of the Weeb NPC in Rock Tunnel gets locked after handing the player his Katana

▫️Puppacti gets First Impression by Egg move but nothing can pass it, First Impression has now been given to Marionettl by move relearner (lv 1)
