About Pokemon Exceeded Download v7.1 updated

Pokémon Exceeded is an emerald breakdown with new features. One main trait is called Innate (a rather unique trait among Hack Roms), which acts like a Pokemon ability, but the Pokemon can have up to three Innates. Some effects interact with Innates, like Mold Breaker, Gastro Acid, but others have no effect on them, like Neutralizing Gas. And some Pokémon unlock new Innates through leveling, friendship, evolution, or even quests!
